Post M&A integration and operations with AI-native transformations

AI-native post M&A integration and transformation solutions for organizations where execution quality matters after close.

Designed for effective integrations and enterprise transformations

We work with organizations where post-M&A success is non-negotiable, where the stakes of a failed integration are measured in strategic transformations, not just basis points.

01

Corporate Acquirers

Large enterprises and conglomerates executing strategic acquisitions who need a proven, technology-driven framework to integrate organizations without disrupting operations.

02

Private Equity Firms

PE sponsors managing portfolio integrations where speed-to-value and synergy realization directly impact returns and exit multiples.

03

Technology and SaaS Organizations

Companies navigating complex system, data, and culture merges where platform misalignment and knowledge loss create major risk.

04

Transformation Leaders

Integration officers, COOs, and transformation leaders accountable for seamless post-close operations and measurable outcomes.

A full-service platform for post M&A transformation

We combine deep expertise, agentic AI, and a proven operating model to deliver outcomes most integrations never achieve.

The $2 trillion integration gap

Most acquisitions fail to achieve strategic or financial objectives. Integrations are messy; stakeholder returns often fall well below expectations.

Underperformance

Integrated companies often underperform peer and market benchmarks for years after close.

Thesis failure

Deals frequently miss announced synergy, growth, and return targets.

Value erosion

In many cases, acquirers would have performed better had the deal not happened.

Our solution

End-to-end methodology, planning, and operating toolkit for dramatically improved outcomes.

AI-native architecture

Agentic systems powered by deep expertise to transform embedded corporate know-how into useful knowledge graphs.

Optimal people + AI

Specialized experts supported by an AI-native platform to improve continuing operations.

Full-service solution

Strategic advisory and implementation support for seamless post M&A integration.

Focused team: Rewriting the rulebook

We started Tautomatic to address the transformation and integration challenges we kept seeing repeatedly: missed goals, teams overburdened and uninformed, executive leaders making difficult decisions without visibility or awareness of risks already surfaced, risks surfaced with no mitigations, knee-jerk reactivity, and incomplete, ad-hoc, or bad planning. We are starting small, and we intend to hire slowly, stay intentionally agile, and build for scale and the long term.

Rajen Datta

Rajen has spent years on both sides of the equation, having been acquired and having acquired and integrated companies, while watching the same preventable failures repeat. He brings experience across larger public companies and startups, including two startup exits, and is motivated by building businesses that grow sustainably and operate efficiently. He enjoys the outdoors, especially exploring the Bay Area Ridge Trail, when he isn't working.
