Who We Are
Focused team: Rewriting the rulebook
We started Tautomatic to address the transformation and integration challenges we kept seeing repeatedly: missed goals, teams overburdened and uninformed, executive leaders making difficult decisions without visibility or awareness of risks already surfaced, risks surfaced with no mitigations, knee-jerk reactivity, and incomplete, ad-hoc, or bad planning. We are starting small, and we intend to hire slowly, stay intentionally agile, and build for scale and the long term.
Rajen Datta
Rajen has spent years on both sides of the equation, having been acquired and having acquired and integrated companies, while watching the same preventable failures repeat. He brings experience across larger public companies and startups, including two startup exits, and is motivated by building businesses that grow sustainably and operate efficiently. He enjoys the outdoors, especially exploring the Bay Area Ridge Trail, when he isn't working.

Mary brings deep experience as a software systems architect and engineer. With a background in development tools, scaling, and high-performance platforms, she focuses on building scalable systems for complex problems such as the one Tautomatic is tackling.
